This is how we develop each injected EVA

If the project requires an exclusive solution, we develop a new mold and validate every detail before starting production.
Once the samples are approved, we manufacture using our own expanded EVA injection machinery and control every stage of the process to maintain the same quality throughout production, regardless of order volume.
Before delivery, we incorporate all the brand’s customization elements (logo, branding, packaging…) and carry out final checks so that each collection arrives ready for distribution and sale.
