Our History
ComfortLight was born from a trajectory linked to the footwear sector since 1960, constantly evolving until specializing in the manufacture of footwear and expanded EVA soles for brands and retail companies in different sectors, especially in the fashion world.
Our evolution combines experience, innovation, and technical adaptation to develop collections ready for commercialization and customized projects manufactured in Spain. Over the years we have expanded processes, technology, and production capacity to become a leader specialized in EVA with an international presence.
Beginning as a traditional die-cutting company within the footwear sector.
Incorporation of a new prefabricated section and entry of the second generation.
Start of injection molding in children's TR soles to expand production and technology.
Expansion of facilities to reach 4,000 square meters of surface area.
Development of the first two-color TR as part of the company's technical evolution.
First international expansion with entry into the Mexican market.
Incorporation of machinery specialized in expanded EVA.
Expansion of EVA production capacity and incorporation of the third generation.

Our Facilities
We have multiplied our expanded EVA production capacity sixfold. This growth allows us to maintain stable production and adapt to customized projects, proprietary collections, and continuous manufacturing for specialized brands and stores.
Our facilities are located in Villena, a town with a strong tradition in the footwear sector and technical manufacturing. We currently have more than 4,000 square meters in which we achieve high-quality production, with 24-hour activity and different areas specialized in manufacturing, innovation, and quality control.

Innovation is part of our daily work. We analyze materials, finishes, and applications to develop lighter, more resistant, and adapted EVA products for different professional or commercial uses.
We are committed to continuous improvement and the incorporation of new technologies to develop EVA solutions adapted to market needs. We invest in new two-color injection machinery that expands design and customization possibilities, in addition to internal quality control.
Our technical team also collaborates with podiatrists to optimize ergonomics, comfort, and functionality in different footwear lines.
In addition, we always stay on top of new fashion trends to offer current and modern collections.
